CALIDARIUM STEAM BATH
The Turkish Bath is a hot steam bath performed in a warm humid environment (temperature 40° to 50° C), and is well-tolerated precisely because of the non-excessive temperature, favouring the elimination of toxins. The Turkish bath allows a deep cleansing of the skin with the elimination of all impurities. Alternating with cold water jets tones and invigorates the tissues, and improves circulation. The effects on the respiratory system are also beneficial.
HYDRO-
MASSAGE
The benefits of whirlpool baths do not only affect the body, which appears more relaxed, more rested, but are mainly related to the mental and psychic sphere: a whirlpool bath brings relaxation and rest, restoring the psycho-physical balance and harmony lost during a stressful day.
SAUNA
A sauna is an indoor bath with dry heat (60°-100°) in a wooden cabin, used to open the pores and eliminate toxins through sweating. Normally alternated with cold showers, the sauna boosts the immune system, while promoting recovery from stress.
KNEIPP PATH

Ideal for blood vessels, nerves and muscles. Walks in special tubs that rapidly alternate splashes of hot and cold water to improve circulation and tone tissues. It is particularly indicated for those who also suffer from symptoms related to venous and lymphatic insufficiency (swollen, heavy, tired legs).
